About the Vitality London 10,000

The Vitality London 10,000 takes places on the same weekend as the Vitality Westminster Mile – so if you’d like to go a little further and take on a 10K challenge too, it could be for you!

The Vitality London 10,000 follows a stunning route through central London passing many famous landmarks, including Admiralty Arch, Nelson’s Column, St Paul’s Cathedral, Mansion House, the Bank of England, the Old Bailey, Somerset House, Big Ben, the Houses of Parliament and Westminster Abbey, so there’s plenty to look at on the way!

Everyone who completes their 10K will receive a finisher’s medal and New Balance T-shirt and, just like Vitality Westminster Mile participants, they’ll have the chance to relax and enjoy the varied activities on offer at the Vitality Wellness Festival in Green Park – see our festival page for more information.

Celebrate You

The theme of the Vitality London 10,000 is Celebrate You – as it gives you the chance to run for your head and your heart and celebrate the mental health benefits of being active, and it gives us a chance to celebrate our participants’ amazing achievements. Find out more on our campaign page.

The virtual Vitality London 10,000

In 2020 the Covid-19 pandemic meant we couldn’t stage the Vitality London 10,000 in its usual format – so to make sure participants didn’t miss out, we created the first-ever virtual Vitality London 10,000. The event saw thousands of people around the world enjoying the freedom of running (or jogging, or walking!) 10K from wherever they were during the event period, earning themselves a medal and T-shirt in the process. It was such a success that we held it again in 2021, and are planning it for 2022 too! If you’re interested in taking part, find out more below…
